The Company has promoted shows at White Rabbit, Sunset Station, Sunken Gardens, Sanctuary, Rock Bottom Bar, Scout Bar, Backstage Live, Sam’s Burger Joint, The Korova, The Ten Eleven, Illusions in Alamodome, Graham Central Station and Texas House of Rock in Corpus Christi, TX.

General Show Information
All shows are ALL AGES unless specified, meaning 10 and up! All shows are rain or shine.
There may be an extra service fee added to ticket price listed on websites due to ticketing or venue charges.
Photo passes must be obtained through Artist’s management in advance to the show.

• What kind of talent do you book?
National and larger scale regional acts.
• Can you book my band?
No, but you can email us at twinprotx@gmail.com with your EPK (or music link) with a request to open.
• Can you book our tour?
Have your booking agent call or email us.
• How may I purchase tickets in advance?
Advance tickets may be purchased at one of our outlets, FrontGateTickets.com, Frontgatetickets outlets or by phone at 888-512-SHOW.
• Are all of your events sold via Front Gate Tickets?
No. Sometimes we work with venues who exclusively use another companies like TicketMaster. In cases where this happens, we will do our best to let people know in advance.
• Will tickets be available for purchase at the door/box office on the day of show?
As long as tickets are still available.
• What is “Will Call?”
“Will Call” is any ticketing left by artist, online ticketing sales, guest list, or comps waiting at the box office. Most of the time this means that your name is on a list.
• Do you take Visa, MasterCard, etc at the door?
Normally, it is CASH ONLY. Most venues accept credit cards at the bar or there is an ATM available in the area.
• Do I need to bring my ID with me?
Yes, especially if you want to drink, pick up Will Call tickets etc. Texas law requires a Texas Drivers License for ID purposes and sometimes a second form of ID may be requested. If you are under the age of 18 you will be marked as a minor.
• I left my credit card at the venue, what now?
Contact venue as soon as possible, any manager, bartender, or security person can help you retrieve your card. You should also contact your credit card company as soon as possible.
• What if a minor is caught drinking underage?
Without question, the minor will be removed from the venue, parents and authorities may be contacted.
• May I bring water into the venue?
Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission does not allow outside drinks to be brought into the venue, even water. Most venues have bottled water or vending machines on the property.
• Dress Code?
Dress appropriately for the concert you are attending. Please pay attention to wear proper footwear. Shoes are always required.
Backpacks, chains, spikes, record bags, markers, lasers and such may not be allowed into the venue. Please contact the venue directly with any Dress Code questions.
• Cameras/Video/Recording Devices
Sometimes “Point and Shoot” cameras are allowed, Audio/Video or any Pro Camera gear is typically not allowed without artist approval (this includes any extended lenses). Please send us a text at 210.446.7950 about the event. *Note* Photo passes are approved through the artist and/or their management and must be submitted prior to event.
• What is the start time of the show, can I get a schedule?
Typically shows start one hour after doors though this may vary. Schedules may not be complete until door time and are not typically available to the public. We do try to post them when we can. Please visit our Facebook or Twitter on the afternoon of the show.
• What happens if an event I have a ticket to cancels?
If a show is cancelled or re-scheduled you will be notified via email from your ticketing company. Please contact them directly 1-888-512-SHOW for refund or rescheduled event information. If you purchased your ticket at one of our outlets, please contact them for refund or or rescheduled event information.
Prohibited Items
• Any Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, paraphernalia
• Bottles or aluminum cans/bottles
• Laser pointer or pointing devices
• ANY weapon i.e. Guns, Knives, Batons, Sticks, Stones, or improvised weapons of any type.
• Backpacks (if allowed, will be searched)
• Seating
• Confetti
• Skateboards/Roller Skates
• Chains, Spikes
Show Tickets
We sell our tickets through Frontgate Tickets. Tickets purchased through Front Gate Tickets are subject to a per ticket service charge, facility fee and a non-refundable per order handling charge.
Our Outlets and Frontgate Tickets offer Hard Tickets and Will Call Tickets (Your name verified by I.D. on list at venue).
Exchanges & Refunds
Neither exchanges nor refunds are not done at the venue. Refunds or exchanges are reviewed not guaranteed. Please contact support@fgtcustomerservice.com for any questions about refunds or credit card charges made online. If you purchased your tickets from one of our Official Twin Outlets listed above and have questions; please contact us via email twinprotx@gmail.com or our Information Line 210.446.7950. Please allow 24 hours for someone to respond.
Counterfeit Tickets
Do not buy tickets from private individuals as you could be buying counterfeit tickets. All counterfeit tickets will be confiscated without refund and holders may be prosecuted.
